2025 ABR Calendar
Download Pastor Hanna’s Annual Bible Reading Calendar using the buttons below. Select the language desired and the paper size appropriate to your region. Traditional Chinese script is used in Taiwan; Simplified characters are used in Mainland China and elsewhere. Letter size paper is used in the USA; in Asia, Europe, and most other locations, A4 size paper is standard. Our publication schedule is as follows: We will aim to post the ABRC for the next calendar year by November 15 (a month and a half before the new year begins). Check back at that time for next year’s calendar!
Help With Printing and Using This Document:
- Print on heavier paper for better results.
- On the PDF print menu be sure to select the correct paper size. For English USL, print on Letter size paper; for English A4, print on A4 size paper; for Chinese, print on A4 size paper.
- Print front and back sides by flipping the paper on the long edge for the back.
- This document contains color, but should print acceptably in gray scale or in black and white for photocopying.
- Tri-fold the calendar on the dotted lines, using a z-fold. With the calendar facing up, fold the bottom third upward on the lower dotted line; fold the top third away from you on the other dotted line so that the upper portion of the calendar is visible after folding.

You are welcome to reproduce this chart/calendar for personal use and/or for free distribution within your own church congregation. For other uses please obtain permission from Pastor Hanna first.
- Keep this schedule together with your Bible. Each day that you read, cross out or highlight that date on the calendar. Aim to read your Bible every day!
- Read the Bible through consecutively, beginning at Genesis 1. To complete the Bible in one year, read 23 chapters per week (that is 3 chapters each weekday and 4 chapters each Saturday and Sunday). On the schedule, mark off or highlight each chapter of the Bible after you read it.
- After you have completed a row of 23 chapters, place a check mark in the corresponding checkbox in the center blue column to mark your progress.
- Monitor your progress by comparing the completed rows (right side) with the current calendar week (left side). If you fall behind, then read an extra chapter per day until you catch up. (The Psalms are a good place to catch up or get ahead.)

ABR Chart
Bill Smallman of BMM has prepared an excellent tool to encourage and motivate you to read the whole Bible through in one year. It is not bound to the calendar, so you can use this form during any calendar year–or, spread your reading out over two or more years. I’ve translated this chart into Chinese as well (Traditional Script). This document has two pages (front and back); Dr. Smallman’s instructions for use are found on the back. Download it, print it, and use it!
